Our newly-formed Women's Ministry Team is made up of six members of our church who desire to see the women of Redemption Hill and our community thrive. To that end, we try to create events and programs that build relationships as well as instruct women in the Bible.

Respectable Sins: Confronting the Sins We Tolerate by Jerry Bridges
The study is focused on addressing sin in our lives—not the obvious sins of our culture, but the more subtle sins of believers such as unthankfulness, anxiety, frustration, discontentment, pride, selfishness, impatience, judgmentalism, anger, lack of self-control, envy and jealousy. Although these sins may not be considered as grave sins as murder or adultery, these “respectable sins” hinder our relationship with the Lord as well as our relationship with others. In addition to helping us identify these sins in our lives, the book offers encouragement and hope in the gospel along with suggestions on how to deal with them.
On the first Saturday of the month, we get together, sometimes at a local coffee shop, sometimes in someone's home, to just get to know one another. For specific details, email here.
MOTHER-DAUGHTER "FROZEN" TEA PARTY
On January 11, we hosted nearly 100 guests--mothers and their daughters--for a magical tea party, including a visit from Queen Elsa. The event was designed to give mothers quality time with their children, and to introduce our church to the community. We provided ASL interpretation for this event.
WOMEN'S GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
In October, we will host a brief presentation by a licensed counselor to encourage grieving women and help prepare them for the upcoming holiday season. After the presentation, there will be time for women to share their stories as much as they desire, in small groups with others experiencing similar types of loss (spouse, children, parent, sibling and friend). We expect to provide ASL interpretation for this event. Check back in July for details.
