ASL Class (Level 1 - Free)

We are offering a free Level 1 American Sign Language Class! It will meet on Sundays beginning March 7 and continue until the end of May, except for Easter and Mother's Day. Class runs from 12-1:30 but you are welcome to come at 11:30 and join us for a brown bag lunch (bring your own). Our teacher is Becky Caughman, who has been signing since 1975, has been nationally certified as an interpreter since 1999 (NAD Level-IV). Because facial expression is a critical aspect communicating with ASL, masks will not be worn during the class but students will be spaced 6 or more feet apart. Masks will be required for other interactions (before and after) when people are closer than 6 feet. Space is limited, so sign up soon by contacting Becky at rrsigningcs@aol.com or 980-225-1137.
